Today was filled with little moments that made me stop and realize how blessed I am. This morning the kids woke and had a quick breakfast of Quaker Oatmeal Squares and hubby stumbled out of bed to join us- which is rare on a Sunday. We had some errands to run and needed to hit up Target to get a few items but first hubby and the kids played a round of football, what better way to kick off a Sunday??
I love moments like this, it's the little things that matter most and I know these are the things they will remember as they get older. The rest of the day was spent cleaning, baking cupcakes with my little ones, watching football and making this...Fall Time Meatloaf
93% lean ground beef
Old Fashioned Oats
Salt
Garlic Powder
Italian Seasonings
Onion Powder
1 egg
Mixed it all by hand to combine and placed in a loaf pan, I then added a half jar of Cranberry Orange Pepperelly. I picked this little jem up at the Pa Gourmet Show a couple weeks ago, it has a savory bell pepper base and infused with cranberry and orange. The meatloaf turned out really yummy and my house smelled very Fallish : ) I paired it with corn and tater tots (per the husbands request)
I hope you had a great Sunday and are gearing up for Thanksgiving this week!! Have a great night : )
It sounds like y'all had a lovely Sunday!
